The Management of Turówka Hotel & SPA **** highly appreciates your cooperation in observing these regulations, which are intended to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for all Guests.
These Regulations specify the subject matter of the services provided, responsibilities and rules for staying on the Hotel premises and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card. By performing the activities referred to in the preceding sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the Regulations.

- The Regulations are available for inspection at the Hotel reception and on the website turowka.pl.
- The Hotel provides accommodation, catering, conference and other services in accordance with its business profile, category and the standards of a four-star hotel.
- A hotel room is rented for hotel nights.
- The hotel night lasts from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 11.00 on the following day. A Guest wishing to extend their stay should notify the reception by 22.00 on the day preceding departure. The Hotel will accommodate the request to extend the stay subject to room availability. Keeping the room after 11.00 is treated as an extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room by 15.00, a fee of PLN 100 will be charged. If the Guest leaves the room by 18.00, a fee of 50% of the current nightly rate will be charged. If the room is vacated after 18.00, a fee for a full night will be charged according to the current price.
- If no arrangements have been made with the Hotel to extend the stay, the Hotel reserves the right to transfer the Guest’s belongings left behind to the luggage storage room.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay if full payment for the period already spent has not been made in advance or if the Regulations have not been observed.
- The basis for concluding an agreement for hotel services is the Guest’s registration at the reception on the basis of a photo ID and signing the completed registration card.
- The hotel Guest consents to the processing of personal data necessary to perform the hotel service. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude an agreement for hotel services.
- The hotel Guest may not transfer the room to third parties during their stay.
- Visitors to hotel Guests may stay in the room between 7.00 and 22.00. The presence of third parties after 22:00 is equivalent to consenting to paid accommodation for these persons at a price of PLN 120/person.
- Quiet hours apply at the Hotel from 22.00 to 7.00.
- Detailed terms and conditions for making and cancelling room reservations are included in the confirmation of the reservation made.
- The Hotel reserves the right to collect payment for the stay no later than on the Guest’s arrival date.
- If the Guest cancels their stay while it is in progress, the Hotel will not refund payment for unused hotel nights.
- When ordering services to the room, prior pre-authorisation of the card at the hotel reception is required.
- The Guest bears full financial responsibility for all goods and services ordered and/or used during the stay. If payment for such goods or services is not made, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the payment card provided by the Guest during the reservation/stay.
- In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person who has breached them. Such person is obliged to comply immediately with the Hotel’s requests, settle the amounts due for services provided to date, pay for any damage caused and leave the Hotel premises.
- The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who is under the significant influence of alcohol or intoxicants, or if, during a previous stay, they seriously breached the hotel regulations.
- The hotel Guest bears full material liability for any damage to or destruction of the Hotel’s property, furnishings and technical equipment, as well as damage to the property of other guests caused through the fault of the Guest, their visitors or animals staying with them. The hotel Guest is liable for the Hotel’s actual loss and lost profits (e.g. the need to withdraw rooms from sale while the damage is being repaired). The Hotel reserves the right to assess damage individually, appropriately to the hotel standard, depending on the work necessary to remedy it. The Guest should notify the staff of any damage immediately.
- Whenever leaving the room, the Guest should, for safety reasons, switch off the television, turn off the lights, close the taps and check that the door is locked.
- The Hotel is liable for the loss of or damage to items brought in by persons using its services to the extent specified in Articles 846–851 of the Civil Code. The Guest should notify the hotel reception of any damage immediately after discovering it. The Hotel’s liability is excluded if the damage resulted from the nature of the item brought in, force majeure, or was caused by the injured party or a person accompanying or visiting them. The Hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
- The Hotel is liable for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value only if such items are deposited for safekeeping at the hotel reception.
- The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept into the hotel deposit large amounts of money, items of considerable value and/or items exceeding the storage capacity of the hotel deposit.
- Personal belongings left in the hotel room by a departing guest will be sent to the address indicated by the guest at the guest’s expense. If no instructions are received, the Hotel will store these items for 3 months and then donate them to charity or for public use.
- Smoking tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the Hotel, especially in hotel rooms. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge of PLN 500 for ozonation of the room.
- For fire safety reasons, burning candles in hotel rooms and using heaters, irons and other electrical appliances that are not part of the room equipment is prohibited. This does not apply to chargers and computer and telephone power supplies.
- The Hotel does not accept pets. If an irregularity related to the presence of animals in a hotel room is detected, the Guest will be charged a penalty in the amount specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulations.
- If the Guest has any reservations regarding the quality of services, they are requested to report them immediately to Reception, enabling employees to respond and improve the quality of services provided. Complaints concerning services provided by the Hotel should be submitted in writing and will be considered within 14 days of their receipt by the Hotel.
- Wearing hotel bathrobes is not permitted in catering areas, the hotel lobby or outside the building.
- For the comfort of Guests, consuming alcoholic beverages is prohibited in public areas such as the hotel lobby and corridors.
- Alcohol and food may be consumed in the restaurant and café provided that they were purchased on the hotel premises.
- In public areas and hotel rooms, playing music on portable devices in a manner that clearly disturbs other Guests is prohibited.
- The Hotel premises are monitored to ensure safety and order and to protect persons and property.
