SPA Regulations
- Purchasing services from the Turówka Hotel & SPA offer implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Guests can use the treatment offer during the following hours:
Mon-Thu: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Fri: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sun: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Prior booking of treatments is required.
- Before starting treatments, every Guest is required to fill out a health client card.
- In certain cases, the SPA staff may request a medical certificate confirming no contraindications to the treatments.
- Youth under 16 years old may use SPA treatments only with the consent of a legal guardian and after consultation with SPA staff.
- If a treatment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the Guest will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- In case of lateness, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly without a price reduction.
- If the Guest is more than 10 minutes late for the treatment, the SPA reserves the right to cancel the service.
- Turówka SPA is not responsible for items left on the premises.
- Turówka SPA is a quiet zone, so please maintain silence to allow Guests to relax, and switch off mobile phones.
- The following are prohibited on the premises:
– smoking
– consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants
– eating and drinking
– bringing animals - Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants and those who do not comply with accepted norms and rules of conduct are strictly prohibited from using SPA treatments.
- Persons not complying with these regulations are required to leave the premises without refund of any incurred costs.
- Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused by them or those under their care to the facility’s equipment.
- We reserve the right to change the opening hours of Turówka SPA and the Wellness Area due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We appreciate the reporting of any irregularities, defects, and comments that may affect the operation of the facility and the quality of services provided.
Wellness Regulations
- The Wellness Area rules include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a salt cave.
- Anyone using the Wellness Area is required to read these regulations and comply with their provisions.
- Swimming pool, sauna, and salt cave opening hours: Hotel Guests from 900 to 2200, outside guests from 1000 to 1900.
- The pool is for recreational use only, with no lifeguard supervision.
- The pool depth is 135 cm.
- Water temperature in the pool is 29°C, in the jacuzzi approx. 38°C.
- Water attractions are switched on and off using buttons located at the edge of the pool basin and the jacuzzi.
- The sports pool is intended for persons aged over 3 years.
- Both Hotel Guests and people from outside the hotel may use the pool.
- Hotel Guests may use the pool free of charge; however, people from outside the hotel are required to pay according to the current price list.
- Children up to age 6 may use the Wellness Area free of charge (applies to people from outside the hotel).
- Children up to age 16 may stay in the Wellness Area only under the supervision of an adult.
- Persons using the pool are required to wear a swimsuit, take a shower before entering the pool area, and rinse their feet in the foot rinse basin.
- Entering the pool hall is prohibited while wearing footwear. Pool shoes must be left in front of the foot rinse basin.
- Smoking, serving, bringing in, and consuming alcohol, narcotic substances, and admitting persons whose condition indicates that they have consumed alcohol or narcotic substances are prohibited in the Wellness Area.
- In the Wellness Area, beverages may be consumed only in plastic cups or bottles.
- In the Wellness Area, it is forbidden to eat meals.
- The hotel is not responsible for items left in the SPA area.
- The plastic bins in the changing rooms are intended exclusively for disposing of used towels.
- Jumping into the water is prohibited in the pool.
- The doors leading from the pool hall to the outside are for evacuation purposes only.
- Swimming aids are available in the area next to the pool. After use, these aids must be returned to their place.
- The saunas are switched on at the Guests’ request. Please notify your wish to use them 60 minutes in advance.
- The saunas and the salt cave are open from 1600 to 2200.
