1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Extending the voucher for another 3 months is possible for an additional fee of 25% of the voucher’s value, provided that the extension is made within its period of validity.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. A purchased voucher is not refundable.
5. The voucher user is obliged to pay the difference in the amount if the value of the service provided is higher than the value of the presented voucher.
6. The voucher is a form of payment. The user is required to present the voucher before the treatment begins, as its absence is equivalent to covering the costs of the treatments.
7. In the event that the agreed treatment is not attended without prior information, the voucher loses its validity.
8. All persons using SPA services on the basis of a voucher are subject to the regulations of Turówka SPA.
