1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Extending the voucher by another 3 months is possible for an additional fee equal to 25% of the voucher value, provided the extension is made within the voucher’s validity period.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. A purchased voucher is not refundable.
5. The user is required to pay the difference in amount if the value of the provided
service is higher than the value of the voucher presented.
6. The voucher is a form of payment. The user is obliged to present the voucher
before the start of the treatment, because its absence is equivalent to covering the treatment costs.
7. In the event of not showing up for the scheduled treatment without prior notice, the voucher loses its validity.
8. All persons using SPA services based on the voucher are subject to the regulations of Turówka SPA.
