Regulations for the use of vouchers
1. The voucher is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Extension of the voucher for another 3 months is possible for an additional fee 25% of the voucher value, provided that it is extended at the time of its validity.
3. The voucher can only be used for SPA treatments and the Wellness Zone (it cannot be used to pay for cosmetics and goods).
4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
5. The purchased voucher is not refundable.
6. When redeeming the voucher, there is no right to receive a change if the value the service received is lower than the value of the voucher.
7. The user is obliged to pay the difference in the amount when the value provided service is higher than the value of the voucher shown.
8. The voucher is a form of payment. The user is obliged to present the voucher before starting the procedure, as its absence is tantamount to covering the costs of the procedures.
9. In the event of failure to appear for the agreed treatment without prior information, the voucher becomes invalid.
10. All persons using SPA services on the basis of a voucher are bound by the Turówka SPA regulations.
