SPA voucher - monetary for treatments at Turówka SPA
2. Extending the voucher for another 3 months is possible for an additional fee of 25% of the voucher value, provided the extension is made within its validity period.
3. The voucher can be used exclusively for SPA treatments and the Wellness Area (it cannot be used for payments for cosmetics and goods).
4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Purchased vouchers are non-refundable.
6. When redeeming the voucher, no change is given if the value of the received service is lower than the voucher value.
7. The user is obliged to pay the difference if the value of the provided service exceeds the value of the presented voucher.
8. The voucher is a form of payment. The user must present the voucher before the treatment begins, as failure to do so is equivalent to covering the treatment costs.
9. In case of no-show for the scheduled treatment without prior notice, the voucher becomes invalid.
