Important information:
- The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Extending the voucher for another 6 months is possible for an additional fee of 290 PLN, provided the extension is made during its validity period.
- The voucher entitles the holder to stay at a chosen date excluding the periods of holidays, New Year's Eve, and long weekends.
- The voucher must be presented at the time of use.
- In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the voucher will be considered redeemed.
- The voucher is one-time use and cannot be exchanged for cash
