1. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Extending the voucher for another 3 months is possible for an additional fee equal to 25% of the voucher value, provided the extension is made within the voucher’s validity period.
3. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. A purchased voucher is non-refundable.
5. The user is required to pay the difference in amount when the value of the provided
service is higher than the value of the presented voucher.
6. The voucher is a form of payment. The user is obliged to present the voucher
before the start of the treatment, as its absence is equivalent to covering the treatment costs.
7. In the event that the agreed treatment is missed without prior information, the voucher becomes invalid.
8. All persons using SPA services based on the voucher are subject to the regulations of Turówka SPA.
